
Vessel Registration
Please note that our Annual Service Fee system
is simple and eliminates hidden fees that, often, add up to substantial
bills. We are very cost competitive, while offering 24 hour a day service,
7 days per week, 365 days per year. The Dominica International
Maritime Registry believes in a customer focused system that provides
a full compliment of services to its owners through a simple fee
schedule.
Fees required for commercial vessel registration:
There are only four basic financial components
for initial vessel registration:

*Note: The Annual Service Fee is broken into two separate
categories. Vessels Less than <25,000 NRT have a fee structure of $1,500.00
plus $.40/NRT. Vessels 25,000 NRT or greater than have a fee structure
of $1,500.00 plus $.20/NRT.
There are caps on the registration fee structure
for both initial registration and follow-on annual service fees:
All vessels greater than 25,000 NRT have a reduced Annual Service Fee
of $1,500 plus $.20/NRT, exclusive of the IMO Participation Fee and
Marine Casualty Investigation Fee.
All vessels 1,000 NRT and below will have a first year registration
cap of $2,500.00. Follow-on Annual Service Fees are limited to a $1,400.00
cap, exclusive of the IMO Participation Fee and Marine Casualty Investigation
Fee.
